maintaining of our Constitutional 2nd Amendment right to keep
and bear arms. If we want to keep our guns more than they want
to take them away we will persevere. Only by being informed, vigilante and active can

into complacency than shame on

I am
overwhelmed these days trying to keep ahead of or at least
current on what the present administrations both State and
Federal are doing in order to eventually take away our 2nd
amendment right to firearm ownership. I can only hope that each
and every one of us does what we can and as much as we can. Let
our collective voices be heard and felt in Government in the
hopes that someone will listen to us and hold accountable for
their actions our elected Government representatives during
their terms of office.
STOP S.B. 436 – FAX CONGRESS NOW!
The specifics of S.B. 436 are
part and parcel with the Obama Administration's ideology of
totalitarian, government control of our arms. First, the bill
requires all gun buyers to get a "permit." Next, the buyer must
undergo a federal background check and seek the FBI's
permission to purchase the gun. This also applies to ANY
firearm transfer, so in essence a gun can no longer be gifted or
inherited without government approval. In fact, according to
section 202 (g) 6, one will not even be allowed to use a
friend's gun for hunting unless one first applies for a permit.
Just as outrageous is Section 124 of the bill, which requires
any institution of higher learning to perform "mental health
assessments" and develop treatment plans for ALL students, the
results of which would be submitted to a federal database.

Clinton just announced the Obama Administration would be working
hand in glove with the UN to pass a new "Small Arms Treaty."

Treaty Soon Does Not Need Majority Vote To Pass!

international treaty that would snatch away all your firearms freedoms!

 Supporters of the UN Arms Trade Treaty claim that
it’s designed to combat terrorism and crime. The truth is; the treaty would
CONFISCATE and BAN all guns owned by
law-abiding citizens!
Last week, the Third Preparatory Committee met for a series of discussions.
The group decided that a majority vote will NOT be required for
the treaty to pass! That means – all voices of dissent will be gagged and this
international gun-grabbing scheme could easily pass if we are not vigilant!

Nation’s Arms Trade Treaty. We WILL NOT compromise on this
crucial point. We’re deeply committed to stopping this treaty dead in its

John Bolton, the former UN ambassador is warning Americans to be vigilant
about this treaty. He said, "[The UN] is trying to act as though this is really
just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there is
no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control."
