Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Utah CCW Permit by attending one of my classes. You may send me your personal contact information to notify me that you wish to attend, wish to set up a private class and or would like to receive more information. Use the following email form to notify me, thank you. To reserve a seat you must register for the class and send payment of $125.00 (made payable to Aaron Vandeworker) to be received at least 7days prior to class date. If payment is made at the class, payment must be in cash. General contact notification
